Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Timeframes:
-U.S. Orders: Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days after shipment within the contiguous United States.
-International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance, typically 10–21 business days.
-Shipping times may extend during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Free shipping is available only for select promotional offers or product bundles, as clearly indicated on the specific offer page at the time of purchase.
Orders not qualifying for free shipping are subject to standard carrier rates, which may vary based on location and order size.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries where import restrictions apply.
Fulfillment Partners:
We use trusted third-party fulfillment centers located in the United States to ensure efficient order processing and delivery. All shipments originate from our U.S. fulfillment partners.
Subscription Orders:
Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically based on the frequency selected at checkout. You may update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Support team before your next scheduled shipment.
Changes made after a shipment has been processed cannot be modified or canceled.
Delayed or Lost Packages:
If shipment delays occur, we will notify you by email. You may choose to cancel your order for a full refund or consent to the delay.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate before issuing a replacement or refund.
Customs, Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes:
For international orders, all customs fees, import duties, tariffs, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and may vary by country.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Returns & Refunds:
We truly want to help you live pain free. That’s why we test every single product we offer and develop many of our own exclusive products you can’t get anywhere else. If you are unhappy for any reason, simply return your order within 90 days and get your money back, less shipping. Your returned product must be sent back in its original packaging and in like-new condition with all parts and pieces.
Please Note: All returns are carefully inspected by our returns department. If there are any signs of damage, foul odors, pet hair, dirt, or other debris, the return will not be accepted.

Single Bottle Orders:
If after trying the product for at least 3 weeks you don’t feel improvement, simply return the used bottle within 90 days and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price (less shipping).
Multi Bottle Orders & Buy One Get One Specials:
Return all unopened bottles within 90 days and we will refund a prorated amount based on the number of unopened bottles you have returned (less shipping).
*Multi-Bottle packages are not recommended for first time users.
Recurring & Subscribe & Save Delivery Orders:
Return all unopened bottles within 90 days from your initial sign up date and we will refund a prorated amount based on the number of unopened bottles you have returned.
Free Offers / Free Trials:
Shipping Fees for Free Trials and/or Free Offer items are Non-Refundable.
How Your Free Trial Works:
When you sign up for a Free Trial, you are only responsible for paying the shipping and handling fee for the free product. You will have a specified number of days to try the product for yourself. (Trial Periods vary by Product).
After your trial period expires, you will be enrolled in our Subscribe & Save Monthly delivery service. You will receive a fresh new shipment of the product each month. Your credit card will be billed each month at our low members-only pricing plus any applicable shipping as indicated on your offer. (Pricing Varies by Product.)

How Refunds are Issued:
Once your return has been inspected and approved for a refund, please allow 7 – 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
